The Operational Oversight Retainer gives you ongoing strategic guidance and accountability as you implement internal improvements. Our role is to guide decision-making, keep teams aligned, and ensure operations evolve with your business.

1. Begin with a Business Systems Deep Dive
   We start all retainer clients with a comprehensive audit to ensure recommendations are rooted in your actual systems.
2. Conduct internal alignment sessions
   We meet with 1–2 key team members to gather insights and surface friction.
3. Create a tailored operational roadmap
   A strategic plan is developed outlining key focus areas, dependencies, and timelines.
4. Monthly oversight calls
   We meet to review status, adjust timelines, and re-prioritize as your business evolves.
5. Ongoing strategy & support
   You get access to our team in between meetings for quick input, feedback, or pivots.

• Flat monthly retainer
• 3-month minimum commitment
• Discovery call required to assess fit and scope

Your discovery call fee is non-refundable, as it covers strategic preparation and intake review. If you move forward with the full engagement, that fee is credited toward your first month’s retainer.

We begin once your discovery call is complete, the agreement is signed, and your first retainer payment is received. This ensures we’re aligned and fully prepared to deliver meaningful results from day one.
